Hailing from Orlando, Megan returned to the city beautiful after receiving a Bachelor of Music Education from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. Though qualified to teach general music K-12, specializing in middle and high school choral music, Megan has found her true passion in teaching musical theatre students. In 2006, Megan joined The Master Class Academy, where she began teaching private voice and piano, creative drama, and beginner musical theatre classes. While teaching, Megan performs in and around the city, working for theatres such as Theatre Downtown, Osceola Center for the Arts, and Florida Children's Repertory Theatre. Megan does not only perform around the area, but she also has worked as musical director for shows including How to Eat Like a Child (Osceola Center for the Arts), Give My Regards to Broadway (Helen Stairs), and A Christmas Carol (Theatre Downtown). Currently, Megan is studying at the University of Central Florida for her Masters of Fine Arts degree in Musical Theatre. She can also be seen on stage as Dr. Allbright in the Kodak Post Show at Disney's Epcot Center. Favorite credits include: The Fantasticks (Luisa), I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change (woman 2), My Favorite Year (KC), A New Brain (Nancy D), and The Most Happy Fella (Marie).
